Italy upstaged world record-holding Team USA to win gold in the 2026 Winter Olympics men's speed skating team pursuit Tuesday in Milan.
The U.S. team featured Casey Dawson, Ethan Cepuran and Emery Lehman. Conor McDermott-Mostowy competed for the team in earlier rounds.
American Alysa Liu won gold in women's figure skating, becoming the first American woman to do so since 2002. American speedskater Jordan Stolz took silver in the 1,500-meter final. He'd previously won two gold medals at these Games, and he'll have another shot to medal Saturday.
